"Hi, I'm Stephanie Barnett on behalf of Expert Village and I'm here to show you how to make pumpkin bread. Now we're going to whisk all of the spices and sugar mixed together. You can see how there's a few little lumps there, we really want to try and get those worked out so that when someone bites down on that delicious pumpkin bread that they don't get a big bite of solid spice. Really work that in, really try and get those little balls in there. If you have a few left they should dissolve with the liquids so that will be OK. Now we're gonna pour this in to the flour mixture and instead of sifting we're using a whisk, it's much easier. You can throw away that sifter, you don't need a sifter, you've got a whisk. You want to really incorporate all of the dry ingredients together, make sure that they're really mixed well because your whisk is acting as a sifter. So, you don't want to do it a couple of times you want to really work it so that it's all together."
