"Hi! I'm Stephanie Barnett here on behalf of Expert Village. I am here to show you how to make pumpkin bread. Now we are going to add our next ingredient which is water. It is very important that this is filtered water or bottled water. You want to use very high quality water. Also again, you want to use a liquid measuring cup, not a dry measuring cup. So I am going to get down and measure this. We need a third cup of water. I am going to check it and it is a third of cup and we are going to slowly add this to the pumpkin. Again if you add this fast, it is going to end up all over the floor and on the table and all over you, which isn't a great thing. We need it in the pumpkin bread. Okay, you need to really stir it from the bottom and make sure it is all in there. You can see how the edges are a bit watery. You are going to incorporate that into the bottom and all throughout the mixture. You see how that is turning creamy? Perfect. "
