"Hi! My name is Stephanie Barnett on behalf of Expert Village. I am here to show you how to bake pumpkin bread. Our next ingredient is oil. I like to use sunflower oil or safflower oil. Also, it is very important to use a wet measuring cup. This is a wet measuring cup. It will measure differently than a dry measuring cup so make sure you use a wet measuring cup. This takes half a cup of oil and also when you measure oil, make sure that you get it eye level to make sure that it is at half a cup. If you are looking from above, it is not going to be the same as getting down below and seeing that it is at half a cup. Am I at half a cup? Oh, I'm a little over a half a cup. I'm going to pour a little back because I was measuring from above. See, there you go. I am half a cup. I am going to now pour into the pumpkin mixture and pour it slowly so you can incorporate it as it is going in. It will seem like the pumpkin is separating a bit but once you stir it in, it won't separate out. "
