"Hi! I'm Stephanie Barnett on behalf of Expert Village. I am here to show you how to make pumpkin bread. First we are going to start by beating 2 eggs. I want to talk to you about the eggs first though. It is really important to buy organic free ranged eggs. You know that the chickens have been fed well, the eggs are fresh and there are no hormones in the eggs or anything else. Also we are going to start with a small bowl to crack the eggs with. That way if you are not proficient with cracking the eggs and you get some shell in, you can remove the shell. We didn't get any egg shells in the bowl so we are now going to pour them into the bowl that we are actually going to mix them in. You want to break up the yolks and really incorporate them in the whites so that it is all a white yellow color instead of the translucent and yellow. Don't be afraid to beat those eggs. "
