"I'm Stephanie Barnett on behalf of Expert Village and today we're going to make Christmas Cranberry Sauce. Oh, that smells good. It's been a couple hours now and I'm going to get the cranberry sauce out of the refrigerator. It's chilled up nicely. I'm going to dish it out and show you how to present this to your guests. OK, so we have our cranberry sauce there. I want to talk to you now about what to do with this cranberry sauce. You can serve it at your dinner. It goes lovely with chicken, with turkey, any kind of poultry, goose would be fabulous. Also, if you have some cranberry sauce left over it is an excellent accompaniment to a dessert. You could fold in whipped cream if you want a really decadent dessert and make a cranberry fold. You can spoon it over vanilla ice cream or if you want a more low-cal version you could mix in plain yogurt with that. And it would make an excellent dessert. Serve it in decorative glasses and you have a two-for-one deal."
