"I'm Stephanie Barnett on behalf of Expert Village and today we're going to make Christmas Cranberry Sauce. Oh, that smells good. It's very important now to let this cranberry sauce cool before we put it into the refrigerator. And you want to put it into a glass container. Glass is one of the most neutral things that you can put your food in. It doesn't, don't put it in plastic, it's going to stain the plastic and it will absorb some of that plastic flavor. And don't leave it in metal because we have some acid in there from the oranges and the kumquats. That can leech out some of the metal taste. So we really want that glass. Pour that in. Remember to scrape out your pan and get everything out of there. So pretty clean. You want to clean that out. Even this out and we're going to let this cool on the counter. You really want to let it cool until the steam stops coming off there. Once you do that then you can put it in the refrigerator."
