"I'm Stephanie Barnett on behalf of Expert Village and today we're going to make a Christmas Cranberry Sauce. Oh, that smells good. So now your cranberry sauce is completely cooked. As you can see, the cranberries are starting to pop. When they start to pop that means you're almost at the end of your cooking time. You don't want every single berry to pop, but you want most of those berries to pop, and it OK. Your apples are going to turn a little pink from the popped berries. It looks best and it's great. People aren't going to go "Oooo, why are the apples red?" They are just going to enjoy this lovely sauce. Now is also a really good time to taste that cranberry sauce. Stick a spoon in, blow on it, make sure it's cooled down enough and taste it. It's really tart. I like mine tart which is great. If you don't like it that tart, you can add some more honey or some more sugar."
