"Okay, we are getting close to the fun part. We are going to fill this up with oil. I got the thermometer hooked on the side, this will be your guide to let you know when you get up to three hundred degrees. I've got the oil, like I said, this is as blend of peanut and vegetable oil I got at the wholesale store. You can get it yourself there too. Cost about twenty bucks for these three gallons and I'm just going to start pouring it in. Usually, if it comes in a three gallon thing you might be able to use the whole amount. This is a five gallon container and you have to remember we are cooking a 15 pound turkey that will displace the oil so you have to leave room. So, you have to fill it half way full. Now, the fun part the gas. Okay, I like fire this is the best part for me I gotta tell you. Okay, turn the gas on turn it on half way and then you hear the sound .. woo hoo.. okay. We are just going to put that on top, put the lid on, and about twenty minutes we are going to be ready to fry. So we are going to go inside and get that bird ready to go deep inside the fryer.
