Tools Needed to Deep Fry a Thanksgiving Turkey

"Let's talk a little bit about the equipment you get or your going to need for deep frying your turkey. If you go to the hardware store like your major retailer like Home Depot or Lowes you can get these turkey frying kits. Well that includes everything and that's what I'm going to show you, what I bought. I've had this set for about eight years. I've made dozen of turkeys in this. So, here is this 5 gallon, you have your fryer base with the hose, inside is the big thermometer, your turkey carrier and lowering hook. Now, of course, it's gas powered so you need gas the propane tank does not come with it but you can use it if you have a BBQ grill or you can just disconnect it and hook it or buy your own separate propane tank, it's that simple. So, now we are ready to fill-her-up and layer-her-up."
