"In this next clip I'm going to be taking my kitchen bouquet and 3/4 cup of water and adding it to the cranberries and bread. Now you can use 3/4 cup of vegetable broth. I prefer to use the kitchen bouquet. I think it has a great flavor. It's just basically concentrated vegetables and herbs and spices so you need to only add like a cap full to 3/4 cups of water that I'm going to be throwing in with the bread. So I've got my 3/4 cup of water already. Take a cap full of this. I'm going to use a smidge more. Just going to want to lightly stir it together. And then I'm going to add it to our bread. Now the bread will soak it so you might need to add more bread, you might need to add more liquid. It just depends on how the bread looks and you don't want the bread to be totally soggy though. So just keep that in mind. You might want to mix it up too, a little with your hands. And I can already tell I'm probably going to need a little bit more. But I'll add that a little bit later."
