"In this next clip we will be peeling an apple and chopping it. You don't have to peel it. I prefer to peel it and you know I say one apple this size or even a little bigger is more. Then we don't even have to measure it. So I'm going to take this simple peeler and peel it. If you're an expert it's probably easier to just peel it with a knife. You're not going to want to get too far under the skin because you'll be taking too much of the apple away and too much of the flavor; a nice juicy apple, so good. So I've got the apple peeled now. Now we're just going to chop it in half. Chop it in half again. Chop it in half again. Just keep chopping. If you like big chunks you can do big chunks. Do not forget to take the seeds out. You don't want seeds in your stuffing. I like mine in big chunks. I think it tastes better that way. And like I said, if you prefer to have more apples, bigger apple, that's always okay. So there, I got one whole apple peeled and chopped and ready for the stuffing."
