"In this next clip I'm going to be taking the bread I chose. Which is a simple 7 grain whole wheat. You can leave yours out to stale overnight. I prefer not to. Since it is going to be baking it doesn't really matter. We're going to need 4 cups of cubed bread. So what you want to do is take maybe a couple slices at a time. Get your knife and cube it. You're going to want to watch your fingers. It's probably the most important part of the stuffing. It's where all the flavor's going to be. It's the top. You're going to want it to be nice and crisp. You're going to put it in your measuring cup. You're going to want 4 of these. One, two. And you can always add more in the process if you don't have enough broth later on down the line. But we're not to that point yet so you're not going to know that. This is my third one. And my fourth one. You are going to want to keep a little extra bread out in case in the cooking process, you know, like I said, if there's too much liquid, not enough liquid."
