"Today, I'm going to be showing you how to make a Vegan Stuffing. Vegan versus vegetarian means there's no dairy at all. No dairy is needed in a really good stuffing. Today, I'm going to be using a simple cutting board, an eight ounce cup, nothing more is really needed. A brush to lightly grease the pan that the stuffing will be used for. You can use aluminum, glass, Pyrex, whatever you need that will be able to withstand three hundred and twenty degrees. Tablespoon, a peeler, a sharp knife for your chopping. Probably a little bigger than your usual knife you'd use at home. A couple pieces of foil to cover up the stuffing in the oven and it will help it get a little crisper. A sautee pan, it doesn't have to quite be this big. A nice mixing bowl, a timer for the preheating and the cooking of the stuffing and then an oven."
