"Hi, my name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village. Today I'm going to show you how to cook a ham. Okay so it has been eight hours. Through the magic and wonder of television. So we're going to put our pot in here, slip it in the oven. A thing you want to make sure you do, is make sure you lower that rack before you get it hot. I lowered it before I turned the oven on, eight hours ago. So you want to put your pot in there. Make sure there is plenty of clearance to the top. Make sure your lid's the right lid for the container. Put your ham in there and make sure your ham is covered by at least an inch of water on top. And so we're going to close the oven up here and we're going to go for five hundred degrees at twenty-five minutes and then we're going to turn the heat off and we'll get to that in a little bit. So five hundred degrees here twenty-five minutes and I guess we'll see you when I'm all done here."
