"My name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village. Today I'm going to show you how to make a holiday turkey. Okay, I went ahead and took a second and kind of wiped up around because the turkey's going to start like, the juices are going to start coming out of the turkey now as you're working with it. So, this is how you trim the breast of the turkey. So you turn your turkey around till you see the breast. You're going to want to take your knife, pretty much right about where the, and you can go ahead and take the thigh out if you want just to make this easier on you, which I'll go ahead and do on this side. We just kind of cut back and away, and you'll see there's a little pocket right here. You can just cut straight through. And, ouch, whoa, this turkey's very very hot inside still. I even let it cool for about a half an hour, it's still really hot. So what we'll do is we'll just, whoa, we'll just cut underneath here to get at that thigh. Then we're just going to take, and pop it right out of the socket. You can see right down here how it just popped out. And just give it a nice slice, like that. That is a whole thigh. And now, I'm going to grab a towel again because there's turkey juice everywhere. "
