"Hi. I'm Judy Brosco on behalf of Expert Village and in this segment we're going to continue with our marzipan decorations and I'll show you how to make holly leaves and berries for your yule log cake. You'll need rubber gloves for, we're going to be working with food coloring and dying our, coloring our marzipan dough. And it helps to have these disposable gloves to keep your hands from getting the food coloring on them. If you don't have these a zip lock baggie would work as well. Just put the dough and the drops in the baggie and knead through the baggie. I like working with the gloves. I also always keep a little bit of the shortening on the side and grease it. Just to keep it from sticking. I'm going to take a small amount and knead it till it's a little bit warm in our hands. Couple of drops of the green. And this takes a few minutes to work through. Okay, we're going to set that aside and give my gloves a quick wipe. Make sure there's no green, because I'm going to continue on and use the rest for my red berries. Knead it a couple of times. I'm just going to pinch off some little tiny ball size pieces. And set them aside. Actually you can take the gloves off at this point. We'll set these aside. So we can cover them up with plastic until we're ready to decorate our cake. "
