"Hi, my name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village. Today I'm going to show you how to make holiday pudding. Now when getting your pan ready what I recommend is throwing down a towel you don't care too much about and putting it on the counter and putting the pan on it. The reason being is when you spray this stuff it's kind of going to go everywhere and since you're going to wash the towel anyway you may as well spray this stuff on the towel and not on the counters. So, we're going to give it one side like that. Make sure you get your corners because your corners and your edges are where it's going to try to stick. And that's that. (cough) Yeah, I wouldn't inhale the repel ants very much if I were you. I would try to avoid that. So now you can see any over spray we have we have on the towel. No big deal, we'll just, actually matter of fact we'll leave the towel here because our next step involves pouring this into the pan. You want to make sure you scrape it all into there especially the delicious fruit and nut part. And don't worry if you think that you know, you're going to have too much of the non stick spray in the pan to where you see how it's kind of pooling up here on the backside. Don't even worry about that, it'll cook right off. And it doesn't taste like anything so, it won't taste like flour. So and once you've got all this in your pan, which for me is taking forever, there we go. Let me make sure I don't make a mess here. Then you can take, take another towel you don't care too much about, wipe that edge off. Because that's, we're going to have to wrap this in foil now here in a second. So let's go ahead and move this out of the way, get this wrapped in foil, and throw it in the oven. "
