"Hi, my name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village.  Today I'm going to show you how to make holiday pudding.  Okay so here we are with our fruit and nut mixture.  Just going to give it another toss  here real quick, make sure our flour is evenly distributed.  Alright and now we're going to take our mixture from our mixer, let's pull this back a little bit, and just dump it right on top.  And then we're going to mix this part by hand.  Because if we were to put the fruit and the nuts in the mixer, we'd run a very very strong chance of just turning them all into mush, because the mixer doesn't know when to stop. This way we can also just, you know, kind of  fold it all in together.  The advantage of using a rubber spatula obviously is I can scrape as much, I can get like, you know all of the mixture out here and really maximize my usage.  So this is the not exciting part is the scraping the stuff out of the pan part, far from exciting.  Alright, so there is that.  Let me put this mixing bowl over here out of the way.  Alright so there is that.   Now we're just going to take our spatula and going all the way to the bottom we're just going to stir.  And you want to make sure that you're getting all the way down to the bottom, you're getting all the way through.  And you just really want to make sure that everything is really evenly nicely mixed up.   And now that it is and it looks a little bit like I don't know, it looks kind of like brown gravy actually.  It doesn't smell like it though.  And now we're going to get out pan ready and toss this in the oven.                   "
