Mixing Seasonings for Christmas Pudding

"Hi, my name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village. Today I'm going to show you how to make holiday pudding. And now while our mixture is going over there, we're going to take our, our cinnamon and our baking soda and our baking powder and our salt and our all spice, and mix all of that in here. And we're going to mix that with the rest of our flour. We're going to give this a nice good stir, get all the way down to the bottom here. You also want to make sure you're using a nice dry bowl because if you're not, you'll get like clumps that will stick and that's not what you want. So then it reaches a point where you have a nice even mixture like this, go all the way to the bottom there, make sure you get everything. And now we're going to return this and we're going to check on our mixture that's going into the mixer. "
