"Hello, I am Denise Bennett and I am here on behalf of Expert Village today. What we are going to do is we are going to take a little bit of water and a little bit of flaxseed and we are going to make kind of a jelly and we are going to add that to the crackers. We are going to leave this just for a moment and we are going to let it get gelled and it should not take but just a couple of minutes and usually I do that and then chop things but we are pretty much ready so we are just going to wait a couple of minutes and this will keep the cracker together. So here is what we have for our crackers right here, this beautiful mix of these wonderful ingredients in any proportions that you wish. We added at the last moment, there was a little bowl of water, very small, maybe a tablespoon of water and the golden flaxseed and that is really going to help our crackers stay together and we are going to put it in the dehydrator and we will see what happens after that."
