"Hello I am Denise Bennett on behalf of Expert Village today. I want to add golden flaxseed. You can use golden or brown. Now let me explain something to you. Flaxseed when added to water makes kind of a jelly and I do like to do that, add a little bit of water and let this soak or while you are cutting everything you could go ahead and get a little bowl of water and add the flaxseed to it and it will kind of make a stickiness to hold the cracker together. That is kind of a little secret. That will help a lot. We are going to add a little bit of water and we are going to mix that all up. As you can see there is a little bit of moisture in here already and that is because of the tomato and the celery and the carrots and then of course the nuts are providing oil in there too. As I said I like to take a little bowl of water, I would say a teaspoon or maybe two teaspoons of water and add the flaxseed to the top until they create a jelly and they are going to do that right away within just a few minutes and then add that. Just watch your water content because you do not want this to be so wet that it takes forever for your crackers to dry plus they will be hard to roll out."
