"Hello I am Denise Bennett and I am here on behalf of Expert Village today. I want to explain what this is. This is a date paste. I went ahead and made a pie the other day and I put the dates through the processor and this is the material that came out of the machine and this is very sweet and I like to use it in place of honey or raisins or anything like that. Honey, I do not use and raisins I am not a big fan of. So this is something sweet and I am going to go ahead and put the date paste in there. I am going to go ahead and put some walnuts together, sunflower seeds, a couple of Brazil nuts and I am going go put some pecans in here as well, just for a little variety. That looks good."
