"Today we are going to make a dehydrated cracker and it might look like a lot of ingredients but it is not difficult at all and it is where you get to use your creative processes. We want to dehydrate rather than bake or fry to keep the nutrients in our food so that our bodies can be nourished and to be honest with you I think this is the best cracker. When you start playing around with this it is really difficult to go back to the store and buy anything else that the store offers. These are great flavors and some of the crackers, I would say that you just cannot taste all of these ingredients the way you can when you use the dehydrator. So we are going to go ahead and get started. The ingredients in this cracker are dill, lemon, onions, garlic, tomato, pumpkin seeds, caraway seeds, dulce, some dates, Himalayan salt which is optional. We have got nuts, some seeds, celery and carrots."
