"Hello I am Denise Bennett and I am here on behalf of Expert Village today. At this point you can use any type of nuts. I prefer walnuts and I also like Brazil and I am going to put some sunflower seeds in too. The sunflower seeds they can be put directly in. The pumpkin seeds I am going to go ahead and chop those. How fine you slice these is absolutely up to you. We are not making anything flat out of it so it is not important if you want to have a little more flavor and keep it in larger pieces or if you want to chop them fine that is fine too. I am going to spend a little bit more time but not a lot of time on this. That is almost it here. That is about it."
