"Hello, I'm Denise Bennett and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village today. Okay, we're going to go ahead and start with this trail mix. Actually, its a little on the fruity side so you might of even want to call it kind of a cereal, depends on what you want to do with it. So I'm going to start with a Fuji apple. We're going to cut up this apple pretty fine, the reason is, the thinner it is, the faster it will dehydrate. Okay. We're going to make up just a small amount today, probably oh enough for a couple of hikes and just to let you know, it would probably last all week. Once you dehydrate of course you've bought yourself some shelf time, you don't have to worry about it if I make a fruit dessert its probably going to last about a day, if I go ahead and dehydrate this type of fruit, I get several days. So that's the advantage, another advantage of dehydrating. Now this is almost fine enough a little bit more. Okay, that looks good. Alright"
