"Hello! I'm Denise Bennett and I am here on behalf of Expert Village today. A dehydrator, I believe it goes all the way down to 85 and of course, they go up way beyond what I am going to put this at; about a 110. It's about as high as I can go. I believe about a 110, 115 is up for debate as to the temperature that the enzymes start dieing which is very important for processing food. Okay so what we are going to do is a couple of things today. We are going to do coconut and we will do a little Trail Mix and we will follow it up with a raw cracker which is irresistible. We are going to start right now with coconut the easiest of what we are doing today. "
