"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Dina Cutrone of Tall Order in NYC and today we're making hummus pizza. So here's our pepper you can see that it has really cooled down and the skin actually has started to come off so it's a little bit messy. So I'm going to grab a towel you can usually do it with some gloves on to but what I usually do is cut off the edges like this. So you want to take that off and cut off the edge here and then open it up and you have the inside that you want to take out just like normal take out the seeds. As much as you can what I usually do is I take it over a bowl and you can see that it just comes off like that really easily so that's the skin coming off. What you have left underneath is the roasted pepper which is a really nice roasted taste what I'll do is that it's a little bit messy you can quite get everything with your fingers fully. So what I'll do is I'll move it over to the skin and we'll run it under some water a little bit and it will actually clean it up really nicely."
