"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Dina Cutrone of Tall Order in NYC and today we're making hummus pizza. So I took the onions off and I'm just going to give them a little bit of salt. Again I'm just rubbing a pinch of salt between my fingers and spreading it across there. So we'll let that cool here so it looks now the tomatoes are ready to be turned and you can see by the grill marks that they are indeed ready. So they don't take as long at all as the zucchini or as the onions so it's okay that we're going to have some of the onions left over and we'll work on the roasted pepper right now. It's been in there 15 minutes and we'll start on taking I'll show you how to take the skins off and using some water to actually get all of the seeds and the skin off and you'll have a nice roasted pepper underneath that."
