"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Dina Cutrone of Tall Order in NYC and today we're making hummus pizza. So now it looks like the red pepper is done so this is what you're going to look for. You're going to turn off the heat, here you see it, your stove gets a little messy you're looking for is charring on most majority of the skin. So what that does is it mostly has cooked the pepper from the inside and the skin will come off and the way to make it come off easier is to put it into a bowl which I've already prepared. A bowl with some saran wrap and basically are steaming still in the bowl. You're going to let it sit for about 15 minutes. So while everything is going, we'll be steaming that and you'll see how easily the skin will actually come off. You can see it's steaming there. Another way of doing this some people put it into a brown paper bag as well if you don't want to use saran wrap. You can do that, you can also put it in the oven and roast it that way instead of doing over the stove top. I think it's kind of fun doing it over the stove top so that's the way I always do it. Especially in the heat of the summer you might not want to turn on the oven it's a little easier to do it you do need a little clean up on your stove but I think it's worth it."
