"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Dina Cutrone of Tall Order in NYC and today were making hummus pizza. So now what I'm going to do is whatever room we have left on the grill I'm going to put in the onions. So I don't have that much room but I actually can put. So you can see I'm going to throw some of them onto the grill wherever I have some room. And eventually when we start taking the zucchini off then we will be able to fit some more of the onions but for that purpose it's good so we'll put that over there. Again look at my roasted pepper, see what happens? The juices are coming out of the pepper and that's just causing it to flare up a little bit but is all okay. It's something that happens quite often to the juicy pepper. So let's take a look at our zucchini that we put in before. What we're looking for is a little shininess on the top and so there getting there, I don't think they're quit ready yet. What we can do is just check one out and you see the grill marks they actually can be deeper than that. So I'm just going to try to put it right back on there so we're going to wait a little bit, like this little one is probably done. See how that looks nice and you can see it has some moisture on it which means that it is getting cooked. So some of the ones that I cut a little smaller and a little thinner are actually cooked up a little faster."
