"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Dina Cutrone of Tall Order in New York City and today we are making hummus pizza. So what I'm going to do is stop this. I'm going to go back here and check on my pepper which I could smell. You see how it is charred on that side so I'm just going to turn it over and get another side. You can see how that is charing so that is nice and we just wait for the whole thing. I'm going to go back to my hummus and finish this up. The thing I'm going to do is taste it right now so I will take this. Now if I was cooking this for other people I will not use the same utensil to taste it and to serve it but since it is for me I would do the same spoon. Okay so it taste pretty good I would say it probably needs a little bit more olive oil and a little bit more salt so that is what I need to put in. So here is a little bit more olive oil and a little bit more salt and by a little bit I mean a pinch. So I'm going to do that. It is a nice flavor and a nice consistency so let that go a little bit more and make sure it gets fully integrated and stop it. "
