"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Dina Cutrone of Tall Order in New York City and today we are making hummus pizza. So here we go we are going to finish off. You can see it is getting nice and moist here and it is moving. But what I usually do is about half way through putting the oil in I will stop and just use a rubber spatula and I just get the sides clean because it has the tendency to kind of stick so you want to make sure all of your chick peas and all of your ingredients are mixed in really nicely. So you can see how consistency here has changed to a nice a nice texture you can see there is still some pieces in here that need to be broken down. So that would get taking care off as we finish the rest of the olive oil. Let me just put this on and start it up again and you are going to continue drizzling through the top. I think I put a little extra in here so what I'm going to do is I would finish the drizzling and leave a little bit and then we can taste it and see if it is the consistency that we want. We want it to be creamier we would add in a little extra, I think I would put in a little bit more. "
