"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Dina Cutrone of Tall Order in New York City and today we are making hummus pizza. Okay and the next part we are going to put in some salt. So for this I usually use about 3/4 of a teaspoon of salt that works for me but what I do is I will put in some now and then at the end I will taste and obviously I salt it again if it needs it. So we want to make sure that we don't put in to much salt so I put in 3/4 of a teaspoon of salt and then we are going to put our lid on and we are going to start our food processor. You can see as it goes it is a little bit dry, I'm going to take off the top, so it needs a little help so what I'm going to use is some extra virgin olive oil and I have already measured out a 2/4 cup is about what we need to make this go. I'm going to actually drizzle it on the top while it is running and you would see as I do this the chick peas would actually become more moist and it would start to go. It takes a little bit sometimes it forms a little ball and then you would see it going. But what the olive oil does it really gives it a nice creamy texture so you don't want to put so much. You don't want it to be to loose but it really gives it a really nice flavoring around. Your chick peas could be dry. "
