"Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in NYC and today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make mozzarella tomato and basil, beautiful. As far as storage like I said you can have this made everything cleaned in 15 minutes, be out of the door. I know you have salad at least at the first course of the meal when you are coming from home or going to work. Just take some saran wrap cover it nice and that's it you are ready to go, that?s your storage. Anything else after eating it the next night you can just throw it in some Tupperware for us. This is usually how I make this I just get a couple of pieces of saran wrap and that is it I cover it nice before I go to work. Put it in your refrigerator actually it's good because then the olive oil and everything like the flavors come together nice. You see it's that simple and when we come back we're going to have to eat some of this cause everybody wants to try it now. It's good to leave it in your refrigerator for at least an hour just let it get cold. Look how nice that is you can actually say "hey, I'm coming to the party and I'm bringing the mozzarella, fresh tomato and fresh basil here on Expert Village. Make this it's really easy and when we come back I'll talk about cost and of course we're going to eat it."
