"Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in NYC and today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make mozzarella tomato and basil, beautiful. We're back you see how beautiful it does look, the colors you see it's just a beautiful salad. What you're going to do is have your knife or your serving spoon here and people will just grab like that. They put it on their plate and it looks beautiful. This looks so nice and what I like to do is I always grab a couple of extra pieces of basil at this point and I try to decorate my plate a little bit by putting a little extra pieces of basil. Now we're going to season it and it's so simple all you're going to do is take that beautiful extra virgin olive oil and you're just going to hold your thumb over the top. Don't be afraid to drizzle this either it's going to be nice and that's it, this is so simple 15 minutes you got this done. You have a nice little something if people are coming over quick. Give it a nice drizzle of that."
