"Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in NYC and today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make mozzarella tomato and basil, beautiful. So we're back I have all my tomatoes cut nice quarter inch thickness. First thing you want to do know is just make sure you go wash your basil but you just put a nice piece of tomato on the plate and a piece of mozzarella. That is how you're going to build it straight across, you get another piece of mozzarella cheese, put a little bit of tomato and add a piece of basil. That's is how we're going to start building this straight across. It looks really nice it looks beautiful people love this it's fresh as it can be from the garden. We're also going to use the basil to decorate the plate when it's over. So again you're just going to be doing this straight down the plate and that's it. When we come back we're going to show you just how to season it and you this can be easily be made right before you go to work. Like I always say this could be made in 15 minutes, you can make this I'm telling you so fast, so easy and look how it's starting to look beautiful. You can just wrap it with a little of Saran wrap put it in your refrigerator and when you come home it's already to go."
