"Hi, this is Richard Buccola here in New York City, and today, on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make mozzarella, tomato, and basil. Beautiful! All right, so we're back. I have my pieces cut. I'm just going to put them here on the side for now. That should be more than enough to fill this plate and this tray. So let's go to our tomato. Tomato is something I want to talk about because you have plum tomatoes in the supermarket. They're like 99 cents a pound. But look, they're not going to look as great and this big as these beautiful, plump ones. Now, these are -- were made in Holland. We call them tomatoes on the vine. They're like $3.00 a pound. But you know what? The difference is that they're big, they're red, they're beautiful. They taste amazing. What's also great is their color. I mean, the color is -- it's no difference. See? I mean, it's a big difference. And with that said, what do you want your salad to look like? You want it to look vibrant and big and beautiful. So spend the extra couple of bucks for your friends or for your engagement. But then again, it's a matter of decision. If you can only want to go with this for our salad, this is fine, too. But as far as presentation, these are hydroponically grown. They're organic, which i believe all thin skin vegetables and all thin skin fruit, you should buy organic. It's probably healthier and better for you. So I'm going to go with these today because it's going to look that much better. When I come back, we're going to start cutting it, and just going to show you, we're just going to make nice quarter-inch. Basically the same length -- width and depth you're going to cut these tomatoes. So you want them to be about a quarter inch to match your quarter inch cheese slices. Come back, we're going to start cooking them, cutting them. Cooking them, cutting them, putting them together. And we're making this salad, fresh mozzarella, tomato, and basil here on Expert Village.
