"Hi this is Richard Buccola today in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village I am going to show you how to make Mozzarella, tomato, and basil. Beautiful. So I have my mozzarella here and what we want to do is cut nice small pieces of the mozzarella straight down and take your time. We want it to be about a quarter of an inch, not too big a piece of mozzarella, you could get away with cutting it in half. What you are wanting to do is fill up that tray. We are just nice and easy working tonight in cutting my cheese. Cutting my cheese that's kind of funny huh. Bad joke. Line them up on that tray. Now when I come back what we are going to talk about are tomatoes. Tomatoes at this time of year, we are in November now, and tomatoes can be very very expensive so when I come back we are going to talk about tomatoes. If you have an extra piece that is too small, that's for munching."
