"Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in NYC and today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make mozzarella tomato and basil, beautiful. I just wanted to tell you utensils are really easy. You're going to need a nice cutting knife for chopping up your basil. You're also going to need a nice cutting knife to cut your pieces of mozzarella cheese. You're going to need a cutting board, I buy these cyclone ones, they are nice, cheap and I can't actually tell you to use just use a beating and they keep coming back and they great, under five bucks in the supermarket you can get them. You're going to need a platter, a nice platter a plastic one that I just used from doing a catering party we have just done last week. Again just get yourself a nice platter and that is how we are going to do that, that is about it I think that is it. The cutting board you got your platter to serve of course you're going to need your regular utensils, your plates and stuff. So when I come back let's start putting together it's real simple real easy, come back we are going to show you how to start doing this with a mozzarella. "
