" I will make now a burrito. A burrito doesn’t need to be a really heavy filling thing; it can be light, filling and easy to digest. What we are doing here right now…this is a wrap. It’s a vegetable wrap, which is made with nothing else than a lot of vegetables like carrots, collared greens, parsley, cilantro, celery, spinach, and cabbage, red and white cabbage. Everything mixed together and then held together with flex seeds. We grind the flex seeds and then we make a whole dough with it, and then we roll it onto a sheet, also in a dehydrator, which I will show later how that works, and then you dehydrate it. Don’t let it dehydrate all the way completely so that it’s still soft. You can make a hard cracker out of it when you dehydrate it full or you can not dehydrate it completely and keep it rubbery. Then you can make all kinds of fancy wraps. "
