" Okay, my name is Ursula. I’m the chef from Good Mood Food in Huntington Beach and I will show you today on behalf of Expert Village, how to make pizzas and several other good things, raw things. They are really tasty and when you get your teeth in there you will never want to stop it again. Let’s start with the pizza. This is a pizza crust. This is made from almonds, flex seeds and sunflower seeds. It’s dehydrated in a dehydrator. I will show you later how we are using a dehydrator. Now, let’s prepare a pizza. We have an almond cream that we put on here. An almond cream is based on almonds of course. And to keep it so nice and white, we use blanched almonds, just for the color. Okay. Then we are putting on tomatoes. This is kind of a salsa style tomato. There is not only tomatoes of course, there are herbs in there like oregano, like parsley, like onions to make it good tasting. Then we put are famous pesto on it. Our pesto is based on pistachios. Pistachios, arugula, basil, and parsley. I promise you it’s the best pesto in the world. As our customer says, sad but it’s true. So, what we do then, you can add anything you want. You can add a little bit of zucchini, shredded zucchinis, just to make it a little bit more exciting; colorful. In raw food you can make food so colorful and so nice looking that just by the look it’s already so attractive that you just want to eat it. What you can do is put a little bit of olives on it; as I said to keep it colorful as possible. Add a little bit of basil. So, what we do now is we just cut the pizza in 4 pieces. That is also easy to eat and put it on a plate. "
