"If you're trying to watch your weight or even maintain, you should be aware of the hidden calories in some of your favorite drinks. Did you know that the average American consumes 20% of their daily caloric intake through drinking? Here is a product that is called "Brambleberry Herbal Infusion". That sounds so healthy. This little bottle has 2 servings, and they're 80 calories per serving. So, this bottle has 160 calories, and it's mostly sugar. This big bottle is a "Vitamin C Fortified Mango Drink". That sounds really, really healthy. This drink has 3 servings at 120 calories per serving. This can has 360 calories. That's the same as a meal. Now this one is 2 1/2 servings at 50 calories per serving, so 125 calories for this bottle, and it's called "water". This one is called "White Tea", that is supposed to be so healthy for you. This one has 2 servings at 60 calories each. So this bottle has 120 calories, and its tea."
