"Hello everyone. My name is Matt Fuller. This is Denise Bennet, my partner. We are the proud facilitators of the Light and Love Cafe. We are here on behalf of the Expert Village. Next step with the Thai coconut is to actually take a large knife and to actually just to hit it right on the top. And then you rotate it. Once again, trying to keep your hand out of the way because it is somewhat dangerous. Then, we break this thing wide open and we can you the inside of the beautiful young Thai coconut. This white right here is the flesh that I'm going to take a spoon and I'm going to just gently, not gently, but with some force, go ahead and scrape out and you can see this beautiful flesh comes right out of the young Thai coconut. I'm going to let Denise sample this because she loves it. And so, as you can see, any raw food is extremely simple and it tastes so wonderful and it brings such huge smiles to our faces cause it makes us feel so good. It want to distinguish too, sorry for interrupting. That is not the same coconut. The ones that I had as a kid was really hard flesh and they were not the same taste as this at all. This is a much better, much more superior flavor."
