"Hello everyone, my name is Matt Fluer and this is Denise Bennet, my partner. We are the proud facilitators of Light and Lovely Cafe and we are here on behalf of Expert Village. We're going to go ahead and get started with some raw food preparation now. Alright, I am going to start with the simplest of the raw foods. Come on over here you are too far away from me. I'm trying to stay away from your big knife. This is a young Thai Coconut and this is one of my favorite raw foods. It has recently just been exposed to me and I can't get enough of it. They taste wonderful and they feel so refreshing and they are fun to work with. They can be dangerous you'll want to take your left hand and put if behind your back. Grab your knife and then go ahead and cut off the top portion of this pyramid and it is fun...trust me. So, there we have a raw coconut and we simply take this and pour this into a cup or we can simply get a straw and we can enjoy this beautiful raw coconut waters straight out of the fresh raw Thai Coconut. Boy is it wonderful. And then if you would get me something to pour this in and I want to show them what the inside of this looks like. Because there is an added benefit where we can drink the coconut water and break this thing wide open and enjoy the wonderful meat and flesh that is inside of it."
