"So you have other oils here. Olive oil and I think I saw some walnut oil. Pumpkin seed oil, hazelnut oil. You really just have everything you need to begin and thrive on living foods. Great, alot of seeds, alot of nuts. It's where it kind of becomes gourmet to a certain point. Where raw food and gourmet, sort of foodist people really get into it because you're not just getting it's raw but your getting the finest quality food anywhere. Right. Which is pretty unique. I was just learning about hemp protein where that's the highest food source. Hemp protein and bee palm. Aren't those the two highest sources of protein on the planet? Sure. Same as the protein in chicken, probably, by weight, if you look at it. It starts to taste better. Um-hm, yes. And you're not getting any of the things you don't want, you know, say from chicken. You're not getting any of the fat or acidic kind of stuff. And they are completely digestible and contribute to your nutrition rather than taking away from it. Exactly, and it's better for the planet to be a vegetarian. Think of all the land we're saving. Oh, amazing, amazing. Any time you choose to eat organic vegetables you are making a choice for organic farms, for places that do sustainable agriculture. You know, it's a really good choice. It is, I agree. Well, thank you. Thank you so make. Sure, my pleasure."
