I don't have much to do with that. Oh, it's going to be nice. Very creamy. Wow. Okay. Oh this was perfectly ripe. A very nice avocado because it's making a nice texture in there. I might add a little more lemon juice and this is going to be perfect. Oh, this is nice. Okay, a little bit of lemon juice. I had a little bit earlier but, that's beautiful. And, as I said, you can make any pate you wish. Just get in your fridge and see what you like. Whether you want to call this a relish or a dip or a pate, and just keep it fresh and organic and, wow. Just let your imagination."
