"In order to make a spring roll, we take one of our super thin slices of Daikon and then I take a little bit of sesame oil and I just dab my finger in there. I kind of rub it onto the wrapper. Then you need a little bit of salt and then I start to fill my spring roll. We like to use a little bit of sprouts. I put a little cilantro in there. Some of these delicious mushrooms, a couple of carrots and I also throw some green onion in. You could put almost any combination of things in here. Sure olives. Throw some green onions in. Oops, this looks like the hard part. Actually oiling the wrapper helps it stick. Then you just do it. You don't even need a tooth pick. For a dipping sauce, I'll let you try it. This is what we use here at the restaurant instead of soy sauce. This is non-pasteurized soy sauce basically so it is the closest thing that we have to a soy sauce in raw food. Some people won't eat it though because they are very sensitive to wheat and soy. So it is actually something that we have to be sure to tell people. So why don't you give it a try."
