So basically the ingredients in our spring rolls we use cilantro. These are called radish sprouts. We also sometimes use Daikon sprouts. This is what the container looks like. You can buy these, are those sprouted? I'm not really sure what these are. They come in a package like this. These are Enokitake mushrooms. The nice thing about mushrooms is mushrooms are hardly ever sprayed. Sometimes like you are looking to make things with organic food, with mushrooms it is not as much of an issue like with other kinds of vegetables. So here we go. The reason to eat organic is because there are over a hundred different chemicals that are used in a our food supply. A lot of those chemicals were approved way back in the 50's so definitely a good reason to grow organic. Then we thinly shred some carrots. You can either cut these with a knife or you can also do it with a mandolin slicer if you have one at hone. Usually they will have an attachment that will be able to make like Julian vegetables.
