"Hello, I'm Denise Bennett and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. So we are almost done. Looking around to see if I have everything I here that I want. I have some cashews out here. I don't know. I guess I could put a couple in. Kind of a distinct flavor. I don't really use cashews too often. Just a little discussion as to whether they truly are really raw. You know, you just kind of have to go with what you feel is right. There are going to be times when you use something that isn't raw. I don't think I know of a person who doesn't have something. I might even use a spice that I know has been maybe a little heated over the temperature that we know to be raw. So if I have 99 percent of my item raw, then that's good for me. If it isn't then you need to go with 100 percent and never use a cashew because I pretty sure, not exactly sure why they're not raw. You just need to make that decision, that?s up to you. If I have a meal that is 95 percent raw and I have people there that think it's 100. I will tell them, this particular spice. The tamari that I have is not raw. A lot of raw food chefs use it. You just want to tell people. There can be some really picky people and it's usually because they are dealing with some health issues. Raw food diet is amazing for healing. Amazing. I think that you could probably reverse just about anything with raw food diet. You're dealing with people that have been through it and they want to know exactly what they are eating. That's the beauty of this. Whether it is diabetes or cancer or dandruff, your body is going to respond in a great way. That's just kind of a little background for those that are new to raw foods."
