"Hello, I'm Denise Bennett, and I am here on behalf of Expert Village. A little bit of garlic, not much. For this very small portion, I don't even think that I am going to use a half of a clove. I think that I am going to use about a third of a clove. Smells so good. Okay, getting there, almost done with our pate. And a little bit of bell. Keep in mind too, that raw food, because of the fact that you?re not talking about cooking, there's no preservatives so you're not going to have a long shelf life and that's a good thing. I think that you could drink a soda ten years after you bought it and I don't think that?s....I said it all right there. Keep in mind that you want to use the food and make a beautiful thing like what we are doing here, that you want to eat it that that day and maybe you've got it till the next day. The pies that I do, you get two days, that's it. I can't say any brand names but if you bought a Danish or something or some type of a sugary whatever and it would probably last you several months. Candy bars and all that, maybe a year. I'm kind of trying to let you know, it just kind of makes sense that if a food is going to go through your body and be used properly and you?re going to get energy right away, then it?s not going to have a long shelf life."
